Last Tuesday I came home late from work and my suspicions were confirmed, it's not me drinking all the absinthe... it's the treefrog. I'm not sure how he got in but evidently he's been in the house for the past few months. He stumbled around a bit before I finally scooped him up and released him outside.

Cuban? I didn't ask him. And yes, absinthe is the drink of choice but the purchase of george the suriname has delayed my Un Emile order. Oh well, I'm not too fond of commercial these days anyhow.

The shutters outside my bedroom window are like condos for the treefrogs. They have a rather annoying habit of congregating on my windowsill at around 5am and barking before they head under the shutters. I caught the ringleader a couple minutes ago heading out for the night.
