I asked a few people about them at the Calgary and Edmonton show that have some experience with them and was told that they have specific dietary needs. (they eat a specific species of ant much like Horned lizards) so are not generally good choices for pets.
Now, I have no first hand experience with this lizard but just thought a heads up was in order. If you're talking about the little guy at the PJ's in Londonderry, he is very cute ;)

i was just thinking about those today. those are so freaking cool. keep them in a tank no smaller than 20 gallons.
all they need is a hide, 2 inches of sand, heat lamps, a uv light a water dish and your set. they like to hide there body under the sand. its really cool watching them vibrate to burry themselves. crickets are fine for it. make sure they are small crickets and you do all the supplements.
Good luck!
