open front terrariums

I've seen these for sale at many stores and on several websites primarily concerned with frogs (dendrobates and other dart frogs) thes question is how are these maintained with animals in them? don't they just jump right out?? sorry if this is a stupid question lol:p

there's a door, and it opens in the front...open front terrariums.

No stupid questions, I do suppose it is a misleading name.:)
