Wow! What a price tag, but it almost seems worth it.
Cranwill,
You should see the price tag on the hypos.

Hypos are worth is (but wait 2 years and the price will fall DRAMATICALLY) but the anery's turn brown with age. I'm not saying they are not true anery's, but its a lot like the axanthic Ball Pythons. Plus, save your money for when the amelanistic comes out!!

what would it look like?

Picture this!! Every single black scale will be chalk white!! It'll be like an albino Oketee, but 7 feet long eventually, with the irridescence of a Rainbow!! It'll be the coolest animal on the planet. The anery is the key to the snow, but I like the reds/oranges on the Brazilians, so why would I want to eliminate them??

Or buy the anery and THEN start saving for the amel brb... not too into the morph thing, but I have to say a snow rainbow would be an amazing sight... and a great investment opportunity as well.......
If I'm going to buy anything I would probably buy a breeding pair of het for both of those. I would be in better shape for breeding them and saving money, but I just love the colors on the hypos the adults are just stunning.

ohhhh wow that is plain cool
Mary,
I dug this out of my files, not sure who it belongs to... it's an "ivory anery", not quite as stunning as the anery babies, but still nice enough......

Couple of them have been caught, not sure if they were T+ or T- though. There are pictures of them floating around somewhere. I think one got imported and then stolen, and another adult male died. I'm not sure. Jeff Clark in the States would know though. You'd think that if it was ever bred, the babies would have resurfaced by now. My thoughts are that the person's hands it fell into, didn't know what to do with it and either killed it, or still hasn't bred it.
Yea I heard that one male was caught and died. I did not hear about the one that was stolen... I eagerly wait for them.
What is this t+ and t- you will have to forgive me I'm not to literate about snake genetics yet.

I'll just give you an example:
T- is the albino ball you know (high yellow and white).
T+ is the caramel albino ball.
The whole deal isn't entirely known but its thought that caramels have gone further along to producing melanin, while the normal amelanistics do not have the mechanism at all.

t+ albino has dark dark red eyes and beige fur

t- has pink eyes and white fur
Well, thanks Ratte. I didn't bother to learn rat genetics yet. Those are more confusing then snake genetics.
But that would have probably taught me a ton about the genetics so I would have understood the t+/t- about albinism.
