The link is working for me. Yes, this is a petition to stop unskilled and unlicensed people from performing venomoid surgery in their garage. This procedure causes high morbidity and mortality in these animals. Unlicensed venomoid surgeries also cause anti-herpetoculture groups such as PETA and others to have extra fuel for their anti-herp fires.....again THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ISSUE FOR US ALL. Please show your support by signing the petition.

The link still works for me.....I'm suprised that there aren't more dedicated herpers supporting this petition. It's truly unfortunate. It only takes a second to show your support and make a difference.

Come on people lets see some more support for the animals and the community that we love. This is a high traffic site. I know that there are more of you out there.....show some support and make a difference!

i will agree that unskilled people should not be preforming this proceedure but i see nothing overly wrong with a SKILLED vet doing it to snakes such as cobras were there venom is only used to kill the prey and not start to decompose the food ( can't remember the names of each venom type). If the surgury was done by a licenced profecional vet with paper work to prove it i would and some day plan on buying an albino cobra. Let the feud continue on now< i know some one will say I'm an idiot..lol
