I posted this pic awhile ago. It was from a small Retic.

This is him now after a few good meals and a few get to know you sessions.

He's turning into a really nice snake. Now if he wouldn't darken up everytime I take him out.

Not really. He's just calmed down really well. He is 2yrs old. So obviously not fed very well by his previous owner. For a while everything that was warm and moved was food. He doesn't have that problem anymore. He was also a sewage spewer. He dosen't even do that anymore.

The previous owner had him in an enclosure with tinted glass so he couldn't see out of. Thus when he was moved he was a bit freaked out being able to see everything and feeling very vulnerable. Now that he's used to my presence and being picked up, he's actually a really sweat snake.

well if i was underfed and hidden all the time I may be a bit pissy too. glad she is coming along so nicely for you.

Ouch! That had to hurt. Well, good luck nonetheless with him STAYING nice, last thing you need is for him to nail you when he's at his full size.
