Very good point varanus69. I thought about that before i gave my boa.
That's why i talked in person with his manager and he told me that he wanted the snake for only minutes.
I was along with the snake until the time and indeed, he only held the snake for 2 minutes. After that, i took my boa back and got home to put him back in his terarium.

Stress to the snake aside, that's quite a privilege nonetheless! Good to hear your boa didn't suffer too much. Damn is he ever getting old though! AC that is.

Hello Vanan,
Yes, he didn't suffer too much. As for AC, you should see his daughter to find out about his age. She is 25-30, so...calculate a little and you can figure it out ;)

PS: What about Philothamnus natalensis, you manage to get them finaly?

It's good to see that Vincent has had such a great, extended career, and is still rockin' crowds halfway around the world.

Yes mykee, it's not that easy to rock on 65. Especially when he decides to go so far away from (his) home.

Greg, i was in your town during during the 2000 elections.
It's a cool place. A little expensive but nice all the same. It was off season as you know during feb-mar. I didn't go over to the islands. My favorite was visiting John's Tattoo shop and the night club on the pier. Cant remember the name of it now. I believe i was in Thasos also. I was overwhelmed by the public affection for NATO. lol! I would guess that you have served your compulsory time. What element did you do your service in?
I am a field engineer aka Sapper. mina. Know what i mean?

Greg, I agree but Alice only just turned 56, so he's still for a lot of years left in him to scare little children and don pretty mascara...

Hello Classic,
If my poor memory remembers well, you were learning Greek language right? Are you Greek-Canadian? I also see your avatar which is archaic Greek. You were visited my town?!...And you didn't bring here any reptiles?!?! (:D)

I didn't understood your last sentence:

I am a field engineer aka Sapper. mina. Know what i mean?

Greg, My avatar is a sports emblum for a Canadian Hockey team called the Ottawa Senators. No, i'm not Greek. I was in Greece on short leave during a military tour in Kosovo.

In my last sentence i was refering to your own military service. You have mandatory military service right? At least thats what the Greek soldiers i worked with told me. I was guessing by you picture that you were old enough to have completed your service. My job as a field engineer is land mines and booby traps as well as infrastructure repair and development. What did you do during your service.
As for the reptiles, six months is a long time to keep a snake hidden while on tour.

The avatar may be a sports emblum for a Canadian hockey team, but that guy is an ancient greek soldier.
I have completed my service (i'm 36 yrs old) and yes, here in Greece military service is mandatory.

Yeap! I bet you don't wanna smell that millitary smell anymore in your body ;)
Btw, i went from the service in 1987. Here the millitary service is 12 months but then was 19 months! A lot of time for anyone that do not want to lose his time in the army. I had more important things to do.
