for an adult Cal King or adult Mex Blk King?

My kids are still young and little, but I've been looking for a tub w/ a bit of height to move them into when they get a bit bigger. Other than this size, the other size I've found is 40x16x6 (something like that). I like that length, but want more height and wasn't sure if the 53x21x15 was too big - in other words would be wasted space.
I have found Kingsnakes will use every inch of space given to them, and I highly doubt you will have any "wasted" space. :)
I say biggest you can find when its for adult colubrids like Kings and Corns.

Definately not too big for an adult cal king - our large female is well over 4 feet long and is a very active snake - she uses as much space as provided, frequently cruising around the perimeter of her cage (4.5 X 2 feet).
Where have you found tubs that size - any chance you can share the brand name and model number. They sound ideal!

I found them (well, someone pointed me to them) at reptiletubs.com:
It's the VE Series tub model #175 (VE 175).
To save room I was thinking of putting two in a rack setup. I figured that would be cheaper than buying two tanks/cages and setting up as a display tank.
Thanks - I'm excited now.

Oh yeah - and my kings thank you too. They're little tikes right now, so I might wait a bit before moving them. Or do I need to worry about them feeling overwhelmed by such a big home right now?

Even a JEUVI king or corn would have a ball in a space that big. They are great for that.

Wow - guess I don't need to hold off on their move like I thought. I guess I was thinking more along the line of how young Ball Pythons tend to feel more secure in smaller spaces. My Kings are just all over the place as it is right now. Sometimes it gets a bit confusing between the different species my mind gets mixed up........probably a sign of having too many snakes. Nah - no such thing.
Those tubs would be like a mansion to them.
Thanks!
