Ficus sp., Dieffembachia, golden pothos, Cryptanthus sp. These are a few good ones. Except for the Ficus, these are primarily cover and not very functional for the chameleon to hold on to.

Are you sure that Dieffembachia are not poisonous? I know they are for some mammals(cats, humans) I would be weary of using it.
Umbrella plants, hibiscus, and croton are some of my favourites to use.

Ficus sp., Dieffembachia, and pothos are either poisonous or parts of them are poisonous to pets. However so are hibiscus, croton, and umbrella plants. Here is a link to poisonous plants and what they affect:

It's hard to say if they have the same effect on reptiles as they do on mammals.

Ficus is not toxic per say it's sap can irritate the eyes of your chameleon and there fore care must be taken when cutting the tree, removing the plant or sealing the wond may be nessesary. As for Pothos it is not poisionus at all Philidendum (sorry bad spelling) is though these two plants are extremly closly realated and many people think they are the same but they are not.
