I've started feeding my Cali King out of his cage to make sure he dosn't eat any of the substrate. I've been feeding him is a small sterlite container. Now he usually eats fine but this time the paper towel I used to cover the bottom got pushed up over the sides and I couldn't see in, so I opened the lid to see if weebl had finished his mouse. He had the mouse half way down but the second he saw me he immediatly reguraitated the whole thing. Now it wasn't the whole way down and it was more that I spooked him then something went wrong, but what I curious is, should I wait 2 weeks to get over the regurgitate or should he be fine to feed as early as 5 days from now (although im sure since he didn't eat he'll be looking for food tommorow)

I had that happen with a corn. I left the mouse in with him, and 1/2 hour late, it was gone. I'd say it would be fine to feed him since you didn't disturb the stomache acids required to digest the mouse.

They tend to do that if you spook them. Once in a while, I've had one go back and eat the mouse, but not often. Feeding him in 5 days shouldn't be a problem.
