So I have now had an escaped snake!!! I guess i didn't close the lid on my female cal king's enclosure properly last night. I was on my way out the door to get to work today when something inside me said, "CHECK YOUR SNAKES!!!" I did and my little girl was gone:( AND I had 15 minutes to get to work. I woke my brother up and told him and bless his heart he said he would keep looking till he found her.
3 hours later he called me at work...he found her in a box in my closet
!!!!!!
i was so relieved
You never realize how much you care about what you have until its suddenly taken away...I know I lucked out this time but I will now be more vigilant in my enclosure securing and what not....
