How do I shrink a picture hate getting the your picture is to big message? there a program for it?

I guess you are talking about the avatar which should be 100x100 pixels.

So I use Microsoft office Picture manager which was include with words, excel,... But a lot of simple picture softwares work for that.

Then I use the option Edit Pix/Resize.

If you don't have any fancy pic editing programs....and assuming that your using a microsoft windows operating system of some sort......you should have at least mircosoft paint on your hard drive...it will resize for you :)

But sometimes when you resize it, the byte sixe stays the same. You use some program...the name escapes me at the moment.
