this is a question for anyone here the breeds mice. once you breed them, and if you want to freeze them, do you just put them in a bag and throw them in a freezer? or is there something im missing?

You need to euthanize em first :)
Then yes, just bag em, I put the date on em so I know which to use first, and freeze em.

ok thanks, cause i was thinking thats pretty mean to put a bunch of mice in a bag until they sufocate or freeze to death. but then again, its mean feeding them to snakes haha.
I kill them first then freeze them then bag them... i've found if i bag them first they stick together
Yeah pinkies go right into the freezer, and stick together.
Anything older is whacked first, then lined up nicely in a bag, vacum sealed then double bagged and frozen. They last a long long time in my deep freeze like this.

After I euthanize my mice, I wipe their little bums, to remove any urine or feces, and tuck the tail between their legs under their belly, then lay them on a cookie sheet to freeze. After about 4 hours, you can then vacuum seal them without having to worry about them sticking together.
Take care
