Can any one tell me what temperature my enclosure should be during the day?also the basking spot?and at night?humidity?

its for a JCP also what is the best substrate to use besides newspaper?

90F warm end, 78F cool end, during the day, AND during the night. Although a temp drop of 2-4 degrees at night won't hurt them.

Best substrate? There are many "best" substrates. Use what you like. Everything works except pine or cedar chips.
