Hi,
I have 4 sand boas.
Before, I keep them in my sleeping room, but since one week, I put them in my new reptile room.
The problem is all other species keep in this room are tropical. So, in the reptile room the %humidity is around 54.
Direct in the viv of my sands, the humidity is also between 50 to 58%.
I think to get out my sands of the reptiles room, what do you think about this?
Thank you

I used to keep my sand boas in the snake room with no problems.
just keep their cage dry and you should be fine.
If your not comfortable with them in their they will do fine almost anywere as long as they have a large enough hot spot.
Remember, most sand boas come from semi arrid to desert places. the temps in these places as well as the humidity fluctuate greatly from day to night.

I keep 4 sand boas in my herp room and the humidity is normally 60% or higher and one of my females still doesn't always shed in one piece so don't worry about it. As long as your cage is dry you'll be fine.
Cheers,
Trevor
