You'll need to give more information on your setup, the snake's history and etc…
It's likely he's just skipping meals because of the time of year. Males, if your snake IS a male, will often be too focused on breeding to eat. Even if you don't plan on breeding him, his instincts will dictate his behavior. :)
But give us all of the details you can and we'll likely be able to give you some better advice. :)
I head him sneeze some time. I don't know if it normal at each 4 day it my first snake.
Well the temperature of it cage is bettween 22-24C, but i let him go out side when is hot . Hes have woob piece on the floor, always a full water bol, heating pad, no light ball. I away feed him whit dead pray but one day i give him living and now he only eat that.
How can you tell if the snake is a male or a female?
do anyone know that topic existe?

IF it is a male then the snake will have a longer tail. if you have two snakes it would be easier, but since you only have one, a picture would help ALOT. The snaeezing sounds like a respritory infection. I am not familiar with corns, but Ball pythons we push the heat up, try doing that, that may help.
how long is head must be up?
do that thing can affect his appetit?
22-24C Is NOT high enough for a snake! And taking him outside when its hot is NOT the solution.
Go to the pet store buy a heat bulb, heat bulb fixture, and place this over to one side of the enclosure to raise your hot side to around 29!

29! did't know that. No wonder he got a cold...
Yes and they cannot digest unless its nice and warm. You create two sides of the tank. One will be your warm side where temps should be 29-31, you create this by placing the heat bulb over to the side, not in the middle.
The cool side can be room temp, since this creates a cool retreat. The snake will choose which side to be on at any given time but he must have the option to warm up.
Get those temps correct, then give him a couple weeks. He should be interested in feeding again. If he DOES have a cold, with mucus or any liquid from the mouth, he may need a vet. But I would give him a couple weeks under proper temps and see what happens.

Still don't see why this should be in the Field Herping forum.
Good luck on your snake though.

if you have a UTH by it'self uncontrolled then it can get WELL over 43C!
You should probably get a lamp dimmer or rheostat to control the heat with a digital thermometer to know the temps!
