Another Finicky eater

I just purchased my 2nd ball python and he/she is pretty fat but still is not eating.I have had him for about a week and a half and he looks at the fuzz rat very tempted, then goes into the "s" striking position and stares but doesnt actually strike.

Hes just a baby,around 13 inches or so and had been fed previously on rat fuzzies.

My other ball i got at the same size and never had any kind of problem with his feeding.
Now to the question..................what to do????

Leave it alone for 2 weeks and then try again. If you just got the thing, then you need to leave it to become used to it's enviornemt. Give it another week or so and then try again, but limit entering the cage to water and spot cleaning only.

Yup, follow vengeance's advice and your little one will probably eat in a couple weeks. he is just stressed from the changes.

alll fixed...........................3 or 4 day acclimation and he wooped that pinky rats butt
