Very interesting to see he isn't using the above the substrate grid method. I'm playing with that this year since it seems to be so popular, but putting Regius eggs directly on the vemiculite is how I always did it. I thought that was out of style now, but then I also talked to a guy still using spaghnum moss for incubation. Nothing wrong with that either, but its pricey if you have alot of clutches.

I get sphagnum moss dirt cheap - a 3' tall bale of the stuff is only $30 in the gardening store here, and that's enough moss to incubate all of your eggs, Coreys eggs, Cranny's eggs, and my eggs put together. :) I have a few eggs incubating on vermiculite right now, but I might move over to moss. I like the idea of being more mold-resistant.
