EGGS !!!! the journey begins!!!!

Some of you may have read my earlier post about me thinking I had two females and turns out one was a male. Well here we are about 2 or 3 weeks later and my hard work has paid off! well not really hard work. This morining when I checked my lay box I found to bright white perfect oval eggs. I hope their fertile but for right now im afraid to touch them lol I'll get pics up I hope I've never really been good with pics

btw How long does it take for the eggs to thicken because mine are pretty skinny compared to some pictures i've seen

Depends if they are fertile or not and how much calcium the mother had. Some of ours have hardened within a couple hours and others go for days.

The female didn't bury the eggs, is that normal? they've been in the incubator since yesterday and the look fine . Should I bury them gently or just leave them?

I like to tuck mine into the medium by about 50% or so....after the shell is "hard" I also draw a fine line with marker- to show which side is "up" should anything happen.....and it does.
