rhaco book canada

Does anyone know where to get the rhacodactylus book by Vosjoli, Repashy and Fast in canada?

I have done some searching, and havent come up with anything.
I will be getting an adult pair of cresties this weekend bringing my grand total up to 4 ciliatus and 1 auriculatus in my rhaco collection.
I have read everything I can dig up on these lizards, but I think this would be a very good resource to have on hand.
it was vosjoli and mailloux's book that got me through the first stressful months of raising bearded dragons from juvies. Although I am confident in my rhaco husbandry, I just want to learn more.

I can get copies sent to you guys. This doesn't go for anyone you tell about it, but if you're a regular here, I will even have Philippe sign them to you (i.e. "To Anthony, Best Wishes" type of thing). I'm not sure what shipping to Canada will cost, but I doubt the book and shipping would be more than $45 (US) total.
