has anyone ever produced a giant blizzard?
Actually the whole Giant thing is in Question!
How so? I thought some giants were well established and it was genetic?
Either way, they sure are neat!

Well for one thing they have not been proven Simple recessive. Secondly I have yet to see EVEN ONE thats close to the size of Moose! If they were simple recessive we would be seeing many at least 100 gram leopard geckos and thats just not happening!

The closest I've got to a 'giant' blizzard is probably one of my females when gravid. She's over 10" so she's not a 'giant' in length, but she's over 100 grams normally. When I weighed her a few days ago, she was 108 grams but part of that is eggs. Even allowing for the scale inaccuracy, she's still over 100 grams.

An old picture of 3 females in the group, all of which are very close to or over 100 grams:

I dont have a "giant" bliz ...just a normal female who weighs between 104 and 108 grams in a given week and shoots up to 112 grams avg when gravid .... in the wild leos are known to get 11" even up to 12" ... the whole "giant" thing isnt too impressive... until theres 14" 200 gram leos ..I wouldn't call them giant ... my 2 cents
