last sunday my ball shed and since it has been fasting since the beggining of november i figured he might be hungry so i thawed a rat for lance and took it upstairs to feed him. I took everything out of his cage exept for the water bowl and his heat hide and stuck the rat in and since he's so skitish his head went flying back and after a second or two he whacked really hard and got a good grip. so i took him off the aspen so he didn't injest any into a shoe box where it took 30 minutes for him to find the head and another 30 to eat it. then i put all his sticks back in as he wedged into his hide. he had such a big bulge that he had trouble getting in his hide and he couldn't fit in and had his tail sticking out of the hide.
