they look great ...but just wondering how you know the sexes at such a small immature size?... especially female .... I have had some "females" drop their testicles at 9 months of age ...

thanks

We don't but the juvie male is developing and since the others don't have anything yet, we are being optimistic. :D We could end up with 4 males in the end. In that case is anyone willing to trade for females? ;)

They're definitely way too young to accurately sex, but good looking nonetheless. :D

Just FYI - That would actually be the development of the gecko's hemipenes, not the dropping of the testicles.

I once dropped mine, though and it hurt like hell. ;)

Yes they are in the plastic tubs all the time. We have of, course drilled holes for air movement. It's room temp in the boxes. Temps vary through out the day, but they never get above 22 C. And at night it gets to about 19 C. Cresteds don't need any extra hest source. Room temp is perfect for them, so I wouldn't recomend putting it in the ball tank. But I'm still a newbie, so maybe someone else thinks differently. AnthonyC is a good person to ask. I believe he also uses plastic containers.
