shipping service within Ontario?

I'm wondering if there is a shipping service available in Ontario that permits shipping animals and that delivers the same day or overnight to places within the province. Just trying to plan ahead of time for when I begin to produce African fat tailed geckos next spring. Any help is much appreciated.
