When eggs start to mold, that is usually a good sign that the eggs are infertile or dead...... Mold/fungus will kill the good eggs if they sart to get spores on them....... The best thing I can tell you to do is to wipe them down with a moist paper towel...... I have heard of people spraying jock itch medicine in the incubator but I dont know how effective it is or if it is toxic to the eggs...... What I do is put a few pinches of see salt you buy in the pet store in the incubator but not in the container with the eggs....... Hope they pull through for you....
hope everything works out man...

I put a pinch of moist sphagnum moss on top of the eggs that I'm incubating. The acidity in the sphagnum helps in preventing mold and bacteria from spreading into the clutch.

well how moist is the vermiculite? damp wet or just a little ?
that will not help about mold if the vermiculite is wet and driping.
Do not put any chemical products on those eggs. You probably have some slugs in the clutch that are molding over. The good eggs will hatch regarless of the rotting ones. Evolution has worked around that problem many moons ago. The best thing you need to do is wipe as much of the mold as you can and as TheRedDragon mentioned, cover them with spagnum moss and this will prevent the mold from smothering the good eggs...
Good Luck

Here's a pic of a clutch of Trans-Pecos Rat Snake eggs starting to hatch, in order to illustrate the point...

As you can see, the infertile eggs are in an extreme state of "decay", and covered wth mold, but the good eggs attached to them hatched with no problem whatsoever.
As has been previously stated, nature knows what it's doing!

hey, i had that same thing happen to my corn eggs. they are caved in, clumped together, and molded. I called the pet store and they said that the eggs should still be fine, but to unbury them so they dont get any more moister and mold more. and to lower the temp. i hope every thing works out.

I've personally used anti-fungel foot powder on some of my leo eggs a few years back and had no ill effects. I only sprinkled a teny-tiny bit over the eggs and within a few days the mold was gone and the eggs hatched out just fine.
