Took my boys out for a hike today, flipping rocks etc. and what do you know, the hugest black widow I've ever seen! The thing was almost the size of a marble. Also in same area found a beautiful rubber boa(juvenile) under an old mud flap on side of road (will post pics a little later as well as the pretty wandering garter found in my yard this morning.)
