i had to move my BP from the herp room to my bed room and her cage temps and humidity got a bit messed up, shes in shed and i gave her a humidity box but she wont get out of it so i made a small set up in a rubbermaid that has moist dirt, plants and even though i misted it hours ago the sized are still nice and wet. the humidity is almost 90% is this too much for her?

Dirt is bad. Get rid of it, try damp newspaper or sphagnum moss. 90% is too high, stick to between 60-70% during a shed cycle. Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you want your BP in their humidity box during a shed?
