My new Cal King...any guess on age?

Just picked this little cutie up today. It's supposedly a female, weighs 20 grams and is about 17-18 inches long. The person I bought her from says she had her for about 2 1/2 months (she bought/traded for her). She's been feeding 1 F/T pinkie every week. Any guesses on approximate age?

Late '03 hatch is my guess. August maybe...?

Thank you! I'm not familiar with what length/weight is average for a hatchling so I wasn't sure on her age.

The adult Cal Kings I've seen (haven't seen many) have smaller white bands than my little girl. The white is so bright and the black is really dark - she looks neat. The white bands seem almost the same size as the black bands, but some of the black bands don't even go across to the other side (kind of look like spots at first glance)- I've never seen this either. I realize she's still young, but I was wondering do the white bands get smaller as they grow or will she maintain the large sized bands as she gets older?

I can't load the picture, so I haven't seen her yet. However she should keep the pattern she has her whole life. The white scales may develop a bit of black tipping after as she ages, or the white may fade to a slight yellow-y color as she gets older. However, what you see should be pretty much what you'll end up with.

That's a nice high-white Cal King you've got there! :)

I would get her on fuzzy mice right away though. She looks nice and healthy but I'd say she's long overdue for a meal with real bones! :D

I plan to feed her fuzzies since that's what I already have. Pinkies just seem so small for her. Someone on another forum said she was a 50/50. What do you guys think ?

DEFINITELY a high white.
