I just bought a baby striped bark scorpion at the reptile show in Hamburg, PA. but i'm not sure what it eats nor what ideal enclosure to put it in. Plz give me some help and some information in general bout them.
It's about 1" - 1 1/2 " long and 3/4 " wide

Cant help ya but the next time you get something, make sure you know what you need for it. Tank, temps, diet all that stuff...dont buy on impulse with no knowledge on the animal.

I feed all my baby scorps small crickets or if that doesn't work I use crickets that I mashed with my fingers (not into a sludge or anything just squeeze some of their guts out). I would give them a substrate of peat moss and potting soil mix. Provide some cork bark pieces for them to hide under and a very SHALLOW (they can drown) drinking dish. Mist about once a week. You don't want damp substrate, but you want to provide some simulation of rain/dew every week or so. They need to be in a warm room 80ish. Do you know what species it is exactly? Don't buy things you know nothing about......

.....for desert species I use sand substrate, light misting weekly, hides to scrape under, etc.....80's temp....night time drop..

hey, i was at the same show today also, and i saw those striped bark scorpions. theyre pretty cool. anyway, i cant really help you out too much. from their name, it sounds like they are some sort of tropical scorpion, so i would do what cotalus said. also, if you cant find any information about them online, i would try and contact a breeder of them. they would definitely be able to help ypu. good luck with it.

As someone said, you'd get a lot more answers if this was in the general invert section..
