Right now they look a lot a like eh? How do you make those?
If I remember right one is a naturally occuring morph and one is "made" by breeding two other morphs. Which is which?
Cheers,

Very nice
I think amber is a hypomelanistic caramel
LOL
well
Carmale is just a 'base' gene right now. We are now starting to refer these caramels as anery c
So I guess the caramel is the 'naturally occuring morph'
and the
amber that I have there is actually a hypo caramel. So it's a double homo snake, for both hypo a and caramel (anery c)
what we have been trying to figure out are names for all those new hypo genes.
Since there are at least 3 hypo genes out there that are floating around we are still on the decision to try and come up with some names.
Right now because the 4th hypo gene is not proven out yet want to start deciding what the name for that 'hypo d caramel' should be called.
Since IMHO the 4th hypo gene is called Ultra I personally like it becing called 'Ultra Caramel" since this identifies that the animal has the "Ultra hypo d" in the gene pool plus it's homo for caramel.
So IMHO I think that Ultra caramel is a great name. But some people want to put names on the animal so that it describes the animal better by phenotype (and once we all get used to the name we'll know the genotypes too just like the opals are now known for amel lavender)
Anyway getting a bit carried away with genetics~
Hope that answered your question~~
Those are so beautiful! I really like those colors, gotta get me some! :D
