Counting saddles?

It was addressed in the BCI vs BCC thread, but I don't believe a firm answer was reached, about the correct way to count the saddles to differentiate from BCC to BCI.

so, my question.

Where do you stop counting the blotches? At the vent?

Yup, at the vent. I had it confirmed in an email from Vin Russo.

On a sidenote, there are now people breeding Bci for fewer saddle counts, so it isn't really a good way of helping to identify them in some cases.
