will they?
Some will some won't. It's perfectly fine if they will. Most people just wait until the shed is over with though.

I've always thought the added stress of feeding during a shed is unnecessary. I wait until the day after the shed to resume feeding.

Depends on specimen. Some will, some won't. Some people won't bother trying until after the shed because they don't want to waste prey on an animal that won't eat. Others try. To each their own I guess. If they are due to eat & will, I feed them, if not its next time for them, simple. Mark

Mine won't.
My BRB refuses from the moment she dulls untill she sheds.
My corn refuses when dulled too.

My Spotted will, my kingsnake won't. All depends on the snake.

When I brought my new Hog home I wasn't going to feed her till she had shed. (She was in a shed when I got her) 2 hours after I got her I was feeing my other snakes and as soon as she smelt food she smushed her face right up against her rubbermaid saying "FEED ME!". She snapped mouse up pretty bloody fast! So mine eat whenever they want :)

Some do, and some dont. It's worth a mouse to find out IMO. Once an otherwise reliable feeder turns it down, I just wait the next time around. If you're worried about waste, buy more snakes. :) Good to have a hoover around to get rid of extra rodents for you.

Yup. That's what I do with all mine. I offer it to them once while they are in shed, if they refuse, I never offer it again while they are opaque, if they do take it however, I know they aren't bothered and will continue to offer in the future.

I offered food to my corn that I didn't really realize was in shed until she came out of the hide with blue eyes to grab the mouse :p Ate it fine, but did not take a second as she always will otherwise. I have never offered food while in shed before then, seeing as it's unnecessary.
