comerical gator food

have anyone ever used that comerical gator food if so how did your gator act to it and is there any trick to get him to eat it

Burris alligator feed?
I've used it, and great results. Everyone of my animals love it.. All the crocs, my dogs, my cats, wild birds, rodents and Fish..
I suggest you feed them with thier knowledge and not just toss it in there and hope they get it when they want. It gets soggy really fast and can ruin a bunch of pretty water fast. Just toss it around their head and they should take it.
Being said, dont just rely on the feed. Variety is the key..

thank you for the info I researched everything I could find on the internet on keeping american allgators before I went ahead and bought one I even took the time first to build him a nice home before I order the little guy. But I found out about Burris gator food from one of mine reptile magizines and was thinking about ordering some but on another board I read a guy feed his Chilids fish food ( i KNOW I spelled that wrong but I hope you get the idea)

Heh.. My first alligator lived in the bathtub..
