Care sheets

I'm looking for a good solid care sheets on bci/bcc so i can print out a copy and take to a friends house (he isn't giving proper care). I was hoping some members here could post a link, I'm going over there in about an hour.

This care sheet will fit on a floppy it does require adobe, most pC have it if not you can download that too..
