I hope to produce these for the first time this year. They are the most naturally orange US rosy boas.(they are not albinos) The coloration is thought to be an adaptation to blend with dead Pine needles. Even the belly is speckled with bright orange

Albino Coastal(Limburg strain)(hopefully I will produce these next year) A more recently available Albino rosy. Believed to be a true albino coastal, they differ from the whitewaters only slightly in appearance by having traditional pink albino eyes. They can reportedly reach four feet, much bigger than whitewater canyons which are considered coastal/desert intergrades

Very nice Roy.

I love the Limburg albinos! Funny how the rosy boas grow on you. I now have the desert rosies you sold me and the mexican pair. Now I was thinking a few others would look good in my herp room too.

Keep me updated.

Thanks.

I hear ya Tony. I'd rather have Rosy Boas in my collection over corns any day. As a metter of fact every the balance shifts just a little bit.
Cheers,
Trevor

Those are spectacular - collection to really covet. If we weren't moving to a province where boids cannot be kept, they would be top of my list. It is wonderful that someone in Canada is working with such diverse bloodlines.

thanks for sharing the photos and best wishes for lots of babies - maybe more hypos!

Classic, I'll put $100 on it that Roy doesn't get any eggs from his Rosy's.

Eggs from a Boa, Roy's good but I don't think he's that good. Get your head out of Milk land B!

What is that substrate called..is it suitable for a sand boa as well? thanks..

I know that Roy uses them for almost all of his snakes~
so I guess that the substrate is good for sand boas too

the substrate is called alpha chips or beta chips (depending on which ones you like better...I like the beta chips better cause they're a bit more heavier and less dusty as the alpha chips. But heck both work great!
