They are absolutely gorgeous - love rosy boas and really love the albinos - they have the greatest color and sweetest expressions! Very nice pair - best of luck breeding this year,

Hmmmm Maybe I should not have asked you for pics !

They are certainly beauties. I now have desert rosies along with mexicans. I am thinking I would like a few more :)

Great pics and fabulous snakes!

Hope you get babies this year :)

Looking good Simon. She has good weight too. I'll hope for a huge litter of 5 so I can take a trio and there will be a pair left for Ian :)

LOL..well you asked for it~
trust me if you see them in person you'll definately like them. Plus they are so calm~ I have only been bitten by the female twice since she was too hungry and thought that I was food....lol~

Don't worry, you're definately on the list~
once she lays you'll be one of the first to know~
I have already reserved a pair for you for this year already~~

Roy,
don't worry too. You're also on the list.
Last year she produced 6
in fact she has been producing 6 for the last 3 years now so I hope that she'll be able to produce another 6 for me this year. (Heck the more the better...lol..)
If you did take a trio and Ian a pair...hopefully there would be at least 1 female for me....lol~~

I have 2.1 albino rosy boas right now....not much use for an extra male......

Oh well...

Thanks everyone for the great comments on the albino rosy boas~~

My collection would be a lot greater with those snakes in it!
I guess it's more jealousy than hatred. lol
Sounds like you'll need a wait list for those offspring.
Cheers,
Trevor

Trevor,

Yeah definately~
a wait list is definatley needed.
That is why I need more females...sigh....
I had 2.2 but then my female died last year....don't know why....she started very well and ate more than the male. But then it died one say.....sigh...

Oh well..I'll be looking for a female soon or I'll just have to wait until I get a female from the pair~~

If you can you really should get into those rosy boas....
I would say it's either corns or rosy that is the best snake to keep~~

So far I've got a 1.0 Mid-Baja and 1.1 Desert Rosy Boas. This year I'll be adding 1.1 Mexicans and more sand boas but who knows if they are available I might get two more rosies.
Cheers,
Trevor

Beautiful! Haha btw, dont rosy's give live berth and not "lay" babies, Simon? Haha, you wrote "when she lays..." something something. But great specimens nonetheless!
