What camera are you using? I could give more specific advice if I knew that.
You have to make sure that you are not too close. Most point & shoot film cameras have to be a few feet away from the subject...to be in focus. Digital p&s cameras can usually focus closer with macro mode.
Were you using the flash? If it's too dark, the camera will slow the shutter down...in which case the camera has to be perfectly still or you will get blurry pictures. Using the flash eliminates this problem.

i got a digital camera, its a kodak DX 4330, it has a flash, and it has different modes, i chose the moving one, but the pics were still a little bit blurry...

I checked it out and you camera has a minimum focus distance of 60cm. That changes to 7cm when in macro mode. Macro mode is the picture of the flower.
If you were in sports (action) mode...and closer than 60cm...This is probably why your pictures were blurry. Set it to Macro and give it a try.
Also try this, put your camera on a tripod or set it on something so that you can take the picture with the self timer, without touching the camera.
Another thing to try...change the flash more. Turn the red-eye feature off and set the flash to fill-in mode.
