The snake belongs to a breeder in Australia. He's advertising possible hets on his site. Unfortunately nothing can be legally exported out of Australia. From what I've read, a few snakes have turned up scaleless in Australia.

Thats so crazy... who would have thought that snakes could be scaleless? I remember the discussion not too long ago that mentioned comparing all the snake morphs to dog morphs, but now that doesn't seem so far away. Don't quite know what to make of it yet... Neat looking, anyways.

Scaleless snakes have been described for years....The first commercially available species were scaleless Western Diamondbacks in the late 70's.
