Not if you house it properly and especially not if you got something like a ball python or a spotted python.

Now, if you got a burmese or a reticulated python, that's a different story.

Do your research, find out what species you like, how to care for it and how big it gets. Good luck! :)

thanks concidering ive never taken care of a pet snake for more than a couple of days and than i was very worried that i son would get hurt concidering he is only a couple of months but than abain the snake would probaly be the one in danger am i correct and i also have some younger siblings that come to visit me some times so i think that i might be concidering something like a little corn snkae untill i get use to having a snake in my home because it is just a appartment
