View Full Version : Whats the most popular corn?
I guess Ive read that amelanistics are the most common around.. but I've not really seen that many! Also, my anerthyristic was alittle more expensive than any of the other hybrids as my dealer said they were fairly awkward to get a hold of! What would you guys say was the easiest and the hardest morph to get??
I guess since you are in England things are different but Anery, Amel, Normals and Snows are all VERY common here in Canada and the states. In the states you could find any of the four for less than 20 bucks.
I'd say for most common, I see a lot of amels...Creamsicles....sunglows...amel motleys. etc

im from England too and ive found that snows and normals are the easiest to come by, but i have had alot of trouble finding albino jungle corns. im in S.E london by the way.

Yeah, from what I have seen, everywhere that sells snakes will have snow corns for sale! They have quite a few anerys in the reptile shop near me! I'm not sure what is the hardest to find, but normals seem to be a lot rarer over here now!

In our area normals, amels and snows are likely the most common with increasing numbers of anery and ghosts. The new morphs like lavender, butter, new hypos and their combinations (caramel, amber, opal, etc) or even blizzards and bloodreds are all really hard to come by without bringing them in from the US. I think really outstanding examples of okeetee and reverse okeetee are also really rare here.

The one i see the most is amels, there EVERYWHERE... I have yet to see a normal corn in person.
I don't really know....
but from what I think
the most rare ones right now are the
butter bloodreds, caramel bloodreds, Lav Striped, Opal Striped, Lavas, Amber, Amber striped / motley, those stuff~~
the common ones in my area is most properly normals, amels, anerys and snows.
I don't know about London England. But I know a lot of people from England that has some high end stuff....like the lavs, bloodreds, and etc~~

Most books referenced state that an Amelanistic Corn is the most popular pet snake in the world. Mark

I actually haven't been that impressed with the lavenders, but that may be because I've never seen one in person. I didn't like butters either until I saw one last week.
I always thought ball pythons were the most common snake. Shows what I know. Kinda funny- I have normal, amel, aner, and snow corns. No coincidence either. They are the cheapest and easiest to find. Oh- okeetees too, although I'm not sure how common they are.
