my bp's temps are 83 F day and 78 F night and humidiy is 56% is that a good range or should i make some changes thanks

83 would be good for the night and 93 for the day

Also is there a heat gradiant? One side up around 90 - 95 the other around 80 - 85.

Yeah, which side are those temps for?

Warm side: 90-95
Cool side: 80-85
Night drop not required, but if it does drop go no lower than 75 on the cool side and maintain a difference of 5-10 degrees between the warm and cool side.
Humidity 50-60% normally and 60-70% when in shed

That's what I shoot for.

Hot side 95-90
Cool side 85-80
Humidity 60% at least.

If you're not cooling for breeding, then your daytime and nighttime hot spot can easily remain anywhere between 90-95, and the cool spot can be 75-85. The 'ideal' humidity in a BP environment is 60% when not in shed, and I like up over 80% during a shed.
