Do you have a pic of them?? I've bought a couple from there that i have had the same problem with.. So i ended up just putting them on 2L pop bottles and haven't had a problem since..

That's the one with the black rubber cap right? The one I bought had the wrong threading between the container and the cap too, they're not even close to matching.

The ones I bought from Walmart sucked too.

The ones i got are a hard plastic 'cap'. They're for one of the larger style bottles, not sure which ones exactly.. I'll have to check tomorrow...

Take them back. WalMart will take almost ANYTHING back... even if you've used it... a bunch! :)

They will take back stuff they don't even sell. I won't go into details but I have accomplished this more than once.

So they will take them back, no questions. I haven't had any problems with my wally mart bottles personally.

here they are.....
we bought a small one before and it gave us a lot of problems, now these do too.....

it's annoying that walmart would buy, on mass, a crappy product that i'm sure most people would return if they thought it was worth it.

they never screw onto the bottle part right........ you'd think it would be easy to develop something that actually works before you sell it to people!

I use many of those. I have had a problem with 1 or 2 out of dozens. The trick is not screwing the cap to tight. You stretch the lid when you do this. I get mine from Walmart.

ya those suck. Do you have any of the clear ones there? They are smaller, about the size of the smallest one. But they don't leak at all.

They aren't made by the same people that makes those.

From there, I get the ones with the 100% clear bottle (no writing or measurements on the bottle, clear plastic) and I haven't had problems at all.

Those are the same ones i use.. I just use the caps from them now though, i screw em on to 2L and 1L pop bottles, they fit perfectly and give me 0 problems..

Weird. Almsot all my bottles are the same kind, and I've been using them for years with not a single problem from any of them  Maybe it was a bad batch?

Maybe it's just your neck of the woods :P Although, i live in the boonies too.. And what's even funnier, i was just refilling water for the rats, and when i went to put the cap back on, it wouldnt thread properly, so i switched it to a 1L bottle.. DAMN things. LOL

I bought one of those at a Wal-Mart in Montreal several months ago and I have the same problem with it...I still use the bottle, just have to be careful not to screw the cap on too tight, or it pops off...
