Rack tub size for western hog adult..

Would an adult female hog do well in a tub size 20x14x6.5? These are the actual measurements inside the tub. Outside measurements are 24x17x6.5

If this is too small, what size should I shoot for?

That is an ok size IMO, but if you are going with a rack and really want to save space, you could definitely cut the height down if you want to...just a thought. :)

Thanks - just what I needed to know. I'd really love a female, but wanted to make sure the tub size would work. I already have the rack....just need more snakes to fill it with.

I'm no expert on W. Hognose, but that tub size sounds a little small to me for an adult female. Maybe for a male it would be ok but I think you'd want something a little bigger for a female.

Well a female can get up to 3ft and people usually recommend a "cage" atleast half the length of a snake, so I would think that would be a fine size cage?? I would like to know this also. I love hoggies and want to get some more!

We use 7gal rubbermaids (not sure of dimensions) for AD females and 3gals for AD males and juvies.
