Hey all this is my first year breeding corns and i witnessed them copulate twice for me a while back. I know she is prego because she is looking pretty plump and swoolen by the tail plus i felt eggs in her belly when i let her glid across my hand. It has been 12 day today since her prelay shed and my question is when do you guys find that corns lay there eggs during the day? or at night? Thanks in advance Blair.:)
2 seasons in a row i noticed mine laid them in the late after noon i remember coming home from a buddys house and she was passing her last one, the last time was early in the after noon. My amel is in her pre lay shed time now too! good luck man!

They are most likely to lay when no ones around to disturb them. Which is quite often at night while you sleep. I just check mine once a day when its close to the time & leave them be to do their thing the rest of the time. Sometimes people don't realize, but when they keep disturbing the females, they are holding things up LOL Good Luck Mark
Yeah if you have an egg box that you could sorta see inside that works best! My egg box has a hole big nuff that you can peek inside
