Making size of pics smaller

Hey all

I know this is off topic but I was wandering if anyone could tell me a free program which I could down load whic would make me pics smaller.

I currently have them as JPEGs but the are still all around 200 kb whhc is too big to post on lots of forums. I have set my camera to the smallest setting too.

Any help would be very greatful.

Hey Alex,

Try looking for a free sample of Photoshop Elements! You can manipulate pictures in all sorts of ways....resizing pictures is a simple tool contained in the program.
