Hey guys! Just wondering if you would recommend these guys!

I think I will get a pair after looking at Davids two Amazons! I think what I really like is the small size. Dont they stay around 4ft? And they have little body weight too correct?

Also if you coudl give me prices on the different kinds thatd be great too. Pics wouldnt be bad either:)

Thanks,

- Don Meyer

Most ATB's get longer then ETBs. Lighter body yes, but longer. Easier to care for than an Emerald but most stay nasty too. There are still a lot of WC ATBs out there so try to avoid them. You best bet is to buy from a private breeder.
As for pricing, not sure what the US price is for them but in Canada the CBB garden phase start about about $100. Some colour phases are more expensive then suriname emerlads.

Trevor

Hmm.....I know I want some kind of a Corralus....just not sure what kind yet. I'm in no rush at all so I can save up alot. What is the average lenght on an Emerald and an Amazon?

Here pics of my female for size referance, she's about 5ft. My male also the same size but harder to take pics as he's really agressive. Both cost me 250$ I've seen 6ft amazone but they are really slender so they don't look as long as they are I think.

Great to see the ATB threads going! I have learned to love these snakes :)

Jezebel, I smile every time I see your red beauty. I wish there were more reds in Canada. I have looked at those red patternless from Dark Grove but the waiting list is very long and CITIES puts a definite hamper on things.

Keep those ATB pics coming!

Heheh I'm getting a neonate pair at the April Expo, it is a shame that there isn't a larger selection in Canada :) Although I am planning on breeding the pair I do get, that won't be for a good three years at least.

Tony's are amazing and so is Jezebels :D

I can't wait to get mine home

Julie, that snake always stops my heart everytime I look at it!

Vanan had an ATB that was an amazing seven feet, but thin that when he coiled up, he fit into a three gallon tupperware. They can be really long, but so twiggy like that the length hardly matters.

Awesome.

I think I'm gonna build a big shelf in my room for my 6ft wall....I can have 3 layers of 2ft high each...the bottom can be a cage for a monitor...then the top 2 can hold a bunch of 10's for leos and 20's for my BP's and ATB's!
