shedding

on of my newly aqquired cresties is starting to shed....i have seen sprays that supposedly aid shedding. does anyone recommend any of the or are they a waste. So far he doesnt seem to be having any trouble with it but he really just started tonight. Any opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated.. thanks

i just take my gecko and hold him under lukewarm water for a minute and i think that helps as much as the sprays but costs nothing. my geckos have not had a problem shedding.
