Got a pleasant surprise this evening. I thought it was a little strange when my female refused a meal last night.

Congrats, Brian! I am very interested in breeding these gorgeous tri-colors in the future. I have a small female now. Any breeding info or tips you could give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. :D

Congratulations! The mother is stunning! Good luck with the eggs! :)
Wow! Very nice snake!! Congrats on the eggs.
Do people really triple clutch these guys?
Katt, if you are referring to my triple clutch comment, I should of explained that the two full grown female pueblans I had always double clutched on their own and one of these females would triple clutch every other year again on her own and this without any fresh copulations.
I even went as far as drasticaly reducing food intake after a first clutch to prevent a second. She still managed to lay a second 100% fertile clutch even though she had been kept on a bare minimum maintenance diet following the first clutch.
Pueblans are notorious for multiple cluches and we can't always prevent it. That is more or less the reason I was joking with Brian because he may just be battling for her not to produce more and he will soon enough discover that they have their own agenda....

This could certainly be an interesting year. I've kept the female on very healthy diet. Who knows what will come of it.
Your right Marc. I've set-up enclosures for them already.
