What big fangs for such a small animal. This little Popes has no problem holding food.

No Bart. The one in my Avatar is a Green Mamba elapid with much smaller fangs. The one above is a Popes Viper only about 16 inches but with very long fangs in contrast to elapids small nubs.

I have some really cool photos of my AZ Black enjoying a meal much like that. If I can manage to find the pics I will post them.

A lot of work everyday keeping them though... Up an hour early ever day to check them and water them. Get home an no matter how tired i am i need to recheck and feed or water. Clean cages daily with some of them, Did i ever mention cobras are mess makers and love to finger paint with their tail all over a freshly cleaned cage. Then there is the nightly check to make certain everyone is locked down before bed. Easily 3 hours a day each day with them. Thank god we breed our own mice and rats. Although i think i was just preaching to the choir. lol
