its' been a day and the lumpy thing in his throat is not going away. there are no reptile doctors around here.... i'm really worried

Can you post a picture? When you open his mouth, what do you see?

There is a great reptile vet not too far from you....Burloak Animal Hospital in Oakville. The vets there are very experienced with reptiles and are great to deal with. They are the only vet that we use....

when i open his mouth i see his salad from yesterday. which i dont get. i'm careful aboutgoing through it and cutting it up so he doesn't get pieces that are too large. i suppose i could have missed one though.
i'll call burloak animal hospital today, but i'm not sure if i'm going to be able to go. recently got laid off, money is kind of tight, not to mention i have no car at the moment. talk about crappy circumstances...

if u can see it grab it with a pair of hemo'sif u can but be vary careful

Also you could try soaking him in water, maybe it will intise him to drink and maybe regurgitate the food.
